Return & Refund Policy
TASVAC provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way.
The following terms and conditions only apply to orders placed on the TASVAC website. For orders purchased from other platforms (e.g. Amazon), please follow the Return&Refund Policy of the corresponding platform.
TASVAC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
We do not accept any returned merchandise without an order number or shipped out over 30-day from the shipping date.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
For purchases not made directly through TASVAC's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. We are not responsible for products not purchased through the official TASVAC stores.

We aim to provide the best quality product, on-time delivery, and Lifetime limited support. We do ask you, our customers, to keep the policies below in mind:
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
To cancel the order, please contact our customer service department [support@tasvac.com] to check the status of your order, if your order was canceled successfully, we will refund you within 3-7 business days.
If your product(s) has not been shipped out from Our Factory, we allow you to cancel the order.
If your product(s) has been shipped out from Our Factory, we will not be able to cancel the order for you, because the courier piece(s) is no longer operable and we cannot intercept the product.
- RETURN
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the machine, you may exercise the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Unwanted or mistakenly purchase machines may be returned with prior authorization by contacting us at support@tasvac.com.
(For cases 1 and 2, we deduct $15 as the shipping fee of sending, also we deduct 15% of the item fee as depreciation cost, and customers cover the shipping fee of returning.)
- If the machine is defective within 30 days, there would be three choices to refer to:
1) Customers could choose return and refund; (There is no charge from customers.)
2) Customers could choose return and exchange; (We cover the shipping fee of returning.)
3) If a new part that is in stock could fix the issue, we could send this certain part directly free of charge without returning the machine;
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- THE SITUATION THAT IS NOT COVERED
- Any merchandise without an order number or shipped out over 30-day from the shipping dateis not acceptable for returning.
- Accessories are not acceptable for any return.
The costs for us as a business are too steep to accept returns, restock used parts and pay for shipping for an item that is not damaged or has no defects.
- Merchandise showing malicious physical damage.
- Any other defects that are not caused by workmanship or product quality.
- Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used with distinctive marks and affects the second sale.
- Any defects or damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, alterations to the hardware or supporting setting files, and external causes such as, but not limited to, natural disaster, water damage, extreme thermal or environmental conditions.
- Any defects caused by transportation or loading during returning voyage.
- Lost or stolen products are out of warranty.
- Items that have expired their warranty period are not acceptable for a return&refund.
- Free products are not acceptable for any return or refund.
- Repairs through 3rd parties are not acceptable for any return or refund.
- Purchases from the illegitimate resources are not acceptable for any return or refund
- RETURN METHOD
We have several overseas warehouse addresses in the United States. In order to speed up the progress of your return and refund, you can go to the nearest overseas warehouse address by contacting us in advance. Or please send it back to the address where the support staff offers.
After confirming that the returned product arrives, we would check it out and if it is damaged on the way, our warehouse refuses to accept it and we refuse to refund. If it is in a good condition, we will process the refund.
However, if due to the customer's convenience, the returned goods are returned to the warehouse by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deducted by the amount of this shipping cost.
- REFUND
We can only refund those canceled orders, orders that haven't been shipped, or orders that the product has been returned and received.
Payment of your order will be refunded to your account in 3-7 business days.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other paying methods like PayPal that you use when placing your order.
TASVAC does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
- DAMAGE
If there is a/some part(s) of your product you received has quality problem, we will send you a replacement part for free. We are responsible for locating the issue and sending free parts until it is fixed.
(If you purchase an accessory but receive a defective one, you don't need to return the accessory and we would help send you a new one.)
*We will pay for the shipping costs for the return and resend. In addition, if the product cannot be replaced due to production completion or limited products, we may request a refund even if you request a replacement.
*This policy is not confused with the manufacturer's warranty which continues even after this 30-day return policy expires.
- CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
In some cases, VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs, and/or duty fees are required by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. TASVAC does not offer refunds or accept returns for recipients' failure to pay customs fees or taxes.
If Customs clearance procedures are required, delays may occur, which may affect our original delivery estimation time. TASVAC is not responsible for any packages held by a country's Customs Office.
