Have to agree, battery is no longer working, trying to see if I could repair it! What now! Vacuum is still good, but the battery fails to charge!
Decent vacuum altho battery life is not what they claim....tried to get replacement dustbin info but they required an order number which I no longer have since I bought it 2-3 years ago. Plastic connector between battery pack and dustbin broke.
I love the vacuum, they used cheap batteries though, I'm going to re-engineer the vacuum to accept Dewalt batteries. Also the head connection for the floor unit is too flimsy, I beefed it up with new plastic welding. A little thought from the engineers could have made this vacuum outstanding. Its like designing a great jet airplane only to use coal as its fuel.
The battery will show 100 and you have to run it for one minute it’s already down to 90 it’s a very bad battery! It takes hours to charge and minutes to lose its charge I should be reimbursed with a new battery this machine is not that old. 9 months maybe! MB
